TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions regulate all agreements entered with Whyred AB, referred to as Whyred in the following. By placing an order, you are acknowledging that you accept, without limitation, these general terms and conditions. Whyred reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, change and update the site and/or online retail system at any time. We encourage you to read these terms and conditions whenever you use this website so that you are aware of such changes.

 

 

SHIPPING

 

Shipping methods

As soon as your order has been prepared for shipping or has shipped, we are unfortunately unable to change the shipping address for safety reasons. We want you to be able to use your purchased item(s) as soon as possible, so we work with some of the most efficient shippers available.

 

Delivery

When you purchase an item from Whyred, you are able to view your online order status to see the delivery date for each item. The shipping dates and sums you see when you make a purchase are estimates. For further and more precise information we will always provide you with tracking numbers and contact information for your respective carriers.

 

Shipping costs

The shipping cost is calculated and shown before you complete your order. You can also see the costs after you placed your order in the Order Acknowledgement email and by logging into the site. If you place multiple orders during the same day, you might receive multiple shipments. Shipping fees for each and every individual order might be charged in these cases. If you purchase multiple items within the same order, however, you will only be charged for shipping once.

 

Shipping fees will be charged as soon as your shipment is handled when the item is shipped from our facility. All dates regarding the shipping are estimates based on Swedish standard business days.

Problems with your shipment

-       If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please either contact your specific carrier directly or contact Whyred. 

    

-       If you have received an item that has been damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping company first and then contact Whyred.

 

-       If you notice something that you think is a defect or production error with your Whyred item, please contact Whyred within 14 days. Whyred will cover the shipping cost and we will do our absolute best to replace a defective item or we will fully reimburse you. 

 

-       If items are not defective but do not fully meet your expectations, please see the “Exchanges and Returns” category below.

 

Product availability

If an item which you ordered is out of stock and is scheduled to be restocked, the item will be shipped as soon as possible. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase or errors in product or pricing information. We will contact you if any portion of your order is cancelled. Although we strive to get all of your items to you on time, dates may change due to changes in supply or for other reasons. If this occurs, we will contact you via email with an updated shipping estimate. Some of our products are created in limited numbers and tend to be very popular. We reserve the right to restrict the number of items per person available for purchase in these cases. We also reserve the right to change the quantities available for purchase at any time.

 

Although we work hard to supply you with the products you order, sometimes it is not possible because after the order is placed we realize that we cannot supply the ordered products, either at all or for the specific amount ordered.  Sometimes we have ceased to produce the item which you requested or the information that went along with the product, such as pricing, was incorrect and we have to adjust it and therefore change the terms of the purchase. In these cases we will contact you and when possible we will suggest similar products.

 

Order processing

The delivery time estimation you are given when you order products is based on product availability, payment processing time, warehouse processing time and shipping time.

We do not begin the payment processing until we receive all the information that we need and full payment or full authorization in the case of credit cards.

 

Order and payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin on the next business day. We consider business days Monday through Friday, except Swedish National Holidays.

 

To get our special same day shipping you must place your order before 12.30 (12.30 pm) and live in the Stockholm area in Sweden (see more at “postnummerlista”). If the monetary transaction fails for any reason, we will not be able to guarantee same day delivery.

 


PAYMENT AND PRICING

We accept the following forms of payment:

Account verification

In order to make the payment process as simple as possible, we would appreciate it if the billing address is the same for your credit card account. If you have recently switched addresses or do not know if you receive your credit card statement at home or at work, please check with your bank or credit card issuer.

 

Security codes

A CVV code is a unique three digit number printed on the back of your card, where you write your signature.

 

DAILY SPENDING LIMIT FOR DEBIT CARDS:

Debit cards often have a daily spending limit. These limits might delay the processing of an order even if you have the sufficient funds in your account at the time you place the order. When you make a purchase with a debit card, funds in your account are instantly reserved for that purchase. If you suspect that this is the reason your purchase is delayed, please contact your card-issuing bank as we are unable to do anything about this.'

 

THE CHARGING OF YOUR ACCOUNT:

We are given authorization to charge your account before shipping your items. However, we choose to charge your card simultaneously with shipping your order. If you ordered items at different occasions and they ship at different times, we might charge you for each order separately. This does not change the cost; it is only a simplified method of managing the orders.

 

Sales tax

Depending on where you order from and to you might be charged with sales tax. If you order from OUTSIDE of the European Union you will see the price as excluding sales tax. If you order from WITHIN the European Union you will see the price including VAT.

For countries outside of the European Union VAT and other taxes might be added at your nation’s border. These costs are costs that develop outside of the realm of our company and business. Whyred does not have control over these costs and these costs are supposed to be paid by the importer e.g. the customer within the specific country.

EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

We want you to like Whyred products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with what you purchased from our webshop or online factory outlet, feel free to exchange or return the product(s) within 14 days after you receive the order. You will be fully reimbursed for all items returned in their original condition along with the receipt or a copy of the receipt.

 

Because you are responsible for the product(s) safe journey back to our office, we have a few recommendations:

-     Choose a shipping company which offers tracking. 

-     Insure the shipment or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are as protected as possible if the package is lost or damaged along the way.

Whyred will place a refund for returned merchandise to the credit card you used when you placed the order. The refund will be made within two weeks of the return of the product(s). Please note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. The shipping cost is also nonrefundable.

-     If it is an exchange, specify the size, color, and style of the item you would like.    

-     Because our goal is for everyone to be completely satisfied with their order, please help us improve by specifying the reason for a return.

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

 

If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping company first before you contact us.

 

If you find something that you think is a defect or production error on your Whyred item, please contact us at; love@whyred.com. For defective items Whyred will cover the shipping costs and do our absolute best to replace the item or reimburse you fully. First of all we do our best to repair the defect item. If that can´t be done we will replace the item with a new one in the same model and size. If we can´t implement the two options above we will fully reimbursed you by giving you the money back to the account you paid from when you made the order or cancel the invoice.  When you send the defect item back, don´t forget to attach the receipt or the orderconfirmation you´ve received by email together with your returned item.

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
